Ursula Wynn - Brevard native, Ursula Wynn started Papa L.E.W.'s after losing her job at the start of the pandemic. Ursula started by hosting pop-up style dinners after moving back to North Carolina from Cincinnati, Ohio, in 2020. With the demand for their food becoming more than a pop up could handle, they decided to open their first restaurant at 36 E. Main St. in downtown Brevard. Papa L.E.W. is named after Ursula’s grandfather, Lindsey Edward Wynn, aka Papa. His face, as the logo, is stamped on their shirts, as well as their menus.
